 The development of Barn Raising.OrgTM has been a labor of love for Dr. Aaron. The idea grew out of a combination of factors: first, the desire to help a friend who was unemployed; second, years of experience designing special programs for others; and, third, his prior work in management recruiting. All of the programs in Barn Raising.OrgTM are designed as unique approaches to helping individuals reach their career objectives.
Dana Aaron, Ph.D., has worked for years as the Managing Director of Aaron & Associates – a company specializing in administrative solutions. Clients have turned to Aaron & Associates for Dana's analytical skills as well as his ability to work with a team to provide creative and successful management strategies.
Prior to establishing Aaron & Associates in 1997, Dr. Aaron worked for Sodexho, USA, as the Vice President for Business Development for new and emerging markets. In addition, Dr. Aaron has over twenty years of progressively responsible administrative experience at institutions of higher education including Assistant Vice President for Student Affairs and Campus Life, Director of Auxiliary Services, and Director of Residential Life.
Dana Aaron received his doctorate in Higher Education Administration from Bowling Green State University in 1978. |
